Webflow Development
A site only a developer can change stops changing
When every change needs a developer, changes stop being made. Pages that should have shipped this week wait in a queue, small fixes gather into big requests, and the site slowly stops keeping up with the business. Webflow solves that when it's built well. Built badly, it recreates the same problem with fewer excuses.
We've been building on Webflow since 2022, and building it well is most of what we do.
What is Webflow development?
Webflow development is building a site on Webflow so that it's fast, structured, and editable by the people who own it. Done properly it means components rather than one-off pages, a CMS modelled around the content, custom code only where Webflow doesn't reach, and integrations with the tools marketing already uses.
How we work
Everything is built component-first, so a page is assembled from parts that stay consistent rather than drawn from scratch. The CMS is modelled around how your content actually behaves, the integrations your team relies on (HubSpot, analytics, forms, localisation) are wired in, and custom code is reserved for the things Webflow genuinely can't do. At handover you get documentation and a working session, because the site is meant to be yours to run.
Shrink has built on Webflow since 2022 and is a Webflow Premium Partner.
Case study: CloudNC
For CloudNC, Webflow development meant a native form connected to HubSpot via the API with a CMS-driven routing engine behind it: 55 countries, 8 variables, 660+ routing combinations, all editable by the growth team without code.

What's included
A build covers the component and design system, CMS architecture, integrations (HubSpot, PostHog, GA4, forms, email), custom code and interactions, localisation where it's needed, Core Web Vitals tuning, structured data, and handover documentation your team can actually use.
Outcomes
The result is a site that loads fast, edits easily and grows without needing a rebuild. Marketing ships pages without raising a ticket, developers get their time back, and the design holds together because the system underneath it does.
