The Story
Shrink started in a meeting room in 2022. Watching a straightforward project disappear under layers of process and overhead that had nothing to do with the client, the thought was simple: can we not just Shrink this?
We've been building toward the same mission since: a studio where craft is non-negotiable, clients are treated like partners, and the work actually moves the needle for the businesses we build for.
We're not the biggest agency in the room. That's the point.

Craft isn't a differentiator. It's the minimum. We're not interested in work we can't stand behind.
