No ethical agency can guarantee specific numbers. Too many variables sit outside our control. What we can guarantee is a structured evidence-based process full transparency on what we're doing and why and honest reporting on what's working.
Quarterly fixes (any development design or build work surfaced by the monthly diagnostics) are scoped and priced separately. You'll always know what's included and what's extra before any work starts.
It's a starting point. Some clients need more scope across CRO and AEO. In those cases we'll propose a custom retainer based on what's actually required. Nothing changes without your agreement.
CRO is less effective without meaningful traffic volumes. You need data to run valid tests. Below around 1,000 monthly sessions we'd focus more on AEO and conversion fundamentals rather than A/B testing. We'll tailor the approach to where you actually are.
Some changes move metrics within the first month. Meaningful compounding improvement typically shows clearly by month three. We baseline everything in month one so you can see exactly what's moved and by how much.
