The terms for using our websites and free tools.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the websites run by Shrink Studio Limited (company number 14735788), including shrink.studio and its free tools (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with them, please stop using the Site.

2. Our free tools

When you use our free tools:

  • You confirm you have the right, or a reasonable basis, to submit the URL you enter.
  • Results are generated by AI and are for information only. They are not professional advice.
  • Results can vary between runs and are indicative only.
  • We make no guarantee that results are accurate, complete or reliable.
  • We may change, suspend or withdraw any tool at any time without notice.

3. Your details

To unlock your full report, you give us a valid email address and company name and tick the consent box. By doing so, you agree that we may:

  • Store your details in our CRM
  • Contact you about your results and how we could help
  • Send you our newsletter, if you opted in

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Site is also covered by our acceptable use policy. In short, you must not:

  • Submit URLs for malicious purposes, including trying to overload the target website
  • Submit URLs automatically or in bulk without our written consent
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape or extract the logic behind our tools
  • Impersonate another person or organisation
  • Break any applicable law or regulation

We may block anyone who breaches these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, designs and software, is owned by or licensed to Shrink Studio Limited and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You need our written permission to reproduce, distribute or adapt it.

Reports from our tools are for your personal or internal business use. You may share your own report, but you may not resell or commercially redistribute reports.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • The Site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Shrink Studio Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or tools.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms is limited to £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Webflow and Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis), Airtable and ClickUp (CRM) and Cal.com (bookings). We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Using the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
