A platform that needs building, a timeline that's been announced, a scope written before the real problem was properly understood. Discovery is where we go back a step - before anything gets designed or built - and make sure the work that follows is the right work.

A brief that's been properly validated changes everything about how a build goes.
Fixed price, fixed scope, no surprises at invoice. We design and build simultaneously, so you're reviewing the real thing at every stage - not static mockups that bear little resemblance to what launches. Your team can manage the site from day one. No ongoing developer dependency.

Optimisation

Most sites are launched and left to drift.
Traffic arrives, something converts, nobody's quite sure what or why. Optimisation is the ongoing work of finding that out - then improving it. CRO and AEO running in parallel from month one, with monthly reporting that tells you what shifted and why. The retainer adapts as your priorities change.

Yes. Most of our clients are UK and Europe based but we work remotely with teams anywhere. Time zones permitting.
Enough to give us the context we need and turn around feedback within agreed timeframes. We'll never leave you guessing what we need or when. The more available your key decision makers are the faster and better the work goes.
Yes. We're used to working alongside internal teams. We'll agree who owns what at the start so nothing gets duplicated and nothing falls through the gaps.
We'll say so before you have to. Flagging problems early is part of how we work. If something is off track you'll hear it from us first along with a clear plan for how to fix it.
It means the price we agree before we start is the price you pay. We scope carefully so this works for both sides. If something genuinely changes the scope mid-project we'll have an honest conversation about it before anything changes.
Feedback rounds are agreed at the start of every project. We incorporate feedback systematically within those rounds. This keeps the work moving and stops scope from drifting. We don't do endless open-ended revisions and we'll always tell you that upfront.
