There's a moment after a raise when everything needs to happen at once. The site needs to change. The positioning needs to sharpen. The brief needs to exist.

Clarity Sprint takes two weeks and produces one thing: a complete brief your team can build from, hand to a developer, or use to scope a pitch.

What's included

Sessions

A kick-off call, up to three stakeholder sessions, and a competitor and market review.

Strategy

Market and competitor analysis, positioning and messaging, audience and ICP mapping, and information architecture.

Output

Content structure and page hierarchy, a complete written brief, and a handover session that walks you through every decision.

How it works

Three steps, in that order.
  1. Listen
    Kick-off and structured sessions with the people who hold the context: founders, marketing leads, whoever knows the business best. Week one is for understanding.
  2. Scrutinise
    Everything from the sessions is run through a structured prioritisation: competitive context, positioning, ICP and architecture. What comes out is a set of decisions your team has agreed on.
  3. Define
    By day fourteen you have a complete written brief: positioning, sitemap, content structure and a recommended direction.
