Modern slavery

Our statement on modern slavery and human trafficking.

1. Introduction

Shrink Studio Limited (company number 14735788) makes this statement voluntarily under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Our turnover is below the £36 million threshold that makes a statement a legal requirement. We publish one anyway, because transparency and ethical business practice apply to companies of every size.

2. Our business

Shrink Studio Limited is a web design and technology consultancy registered in England and Wales, at 1b Woodnook Road, London, England, SW16 6TZ. We design, build and optimise websites and digital tools for businesses, mainly on Webflow.

3. Our supply chain

As a digital consultancy, our supply chain is mainly:

  • Software providers: Webflow, Vercel, Anthropic, Airtable, ClickUp and similar platforms
  • Freelance collaborators: engaged from time to time for specialist design, development or copywriting
  • Professional services: accountancy, legal and banking

Our work is entirely digital. We have no manufacturing, warehousing or other activity in sectors typically linked to high modern slavery risk.

4. Our policies

Modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain. We uphold this through:

  • Fair pay: every collaborator and contractor is paid fairly and on time. We do not offer unpaid internships.
  • Ethical partners: we work with established technology providers that publish their own modern slavery and ethical sourcing commitments.
  • Right to work: we check the right to work of anyone we engage directly.
  • Open culture: anyone can raise a concern without fear of retaliation.

5. Due diligence

Given the nature and size of our business, our modern slavery risk is low. We still:

  • Review the modern slavery statements and ethical commitments of our key suppliers
  • Make sure every freelancer and contractor works with us voluntarily and on fair terms
  • End any relationship immediately where we find or suspect modern slavery
