1. About these terms

These terms of use govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Shrink Studio Limited (company number 14735788), including shrink.studio and tools.shrink.studio (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our free tools

We provide free website analysis tools on tools.shrink.studio. When you use these tools:

• You submit a website URL for analysis. You confirm you have the right or a reasonable basis to submit that URL.
• Analysis results are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice.
• Results may vary between analyses and should be treated as indicative, not definitive.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the analysis results.

3. Email and data collection

To access your full analysis report, you must provide a valid email address and company name. By doing so and ticking the required consent checkbox, you agree that we may:

• Store your details in our CRM system
• Contact you about your analysis results and how we may be able to help
• Send you marketing communications if you opted in to our mailing list

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site or our tools to:

• Submit URLs for malicious purposes, including attempting to overload target websites
• Submit URLs in an automated or programmatic manner without our prior written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying logic of our analysis tools
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to block access to any user who breaches these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Shrink Studio Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Analysis reports generated by our tools are provided for your personal or internal business use. You may share your own report but may not resell or commercially redistribute reports.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Shrink Studio Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or tools.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Third-party services

Our tools use third-party services including Anthropic (AI analysis), Vercel (hosting), and ClickUp (CRM). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
