This statement is made voluntarily by Shrink Studio Limited (company number 14735788) in relation to the Modern Slavery Act 2015. While we are below the £36 million turnover threshold that triggers a legal requirement to publish a modern slavery statement, we believe transparency and ethical business practices shouldn't be limited to large corporations.

Our business

Shrink Studio Limited is a web design and technology consultancy registered in England and Wales. We design, build, and optimise websites and digital tools for businesses, primarily using the Webflow platform. Our registered address is 1b Woodnook Road, London, England, SW16 6TZ.

Our supply chain

As a digital consultancy, our supply chain consists primarily of:

• Software and SaaS providers: Webflow, Vercel, Anthropic, ClickUp, and similar technology platforms
• Freelance collaborators: Occasionally engaged for specialist design, development, or copywriting work
• Professional services: Accountancy, legal, and banking services

We do not manufacture physical goods, operate warehouses, or engage in industries typically associated with high modern slavery risk.

Our policies

We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain. We uphold this through:

• Fair pay: All collaborators and contractors are paid fairly and promptly. We do not use unpaid internships.
• Ethical partnerships: We work with established, reputable technology providers who publish their own modern slavery and ethical sourcing commitments.
• Right to work: We verify the right to work for anyone we engage directly.
• Open culture: We foster an environment where concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation.

Due diligence

Given the nature and scale of our business, our modern slavery risk is low. However, we take the following steps:

• We review the modern slavery statements and ethical commitments of our key suppliers
• We ensure any freelancers or contractors we engage are working voluntarily and under fair terms
• We would immediately terminate any relationship where we identified or suspected modern slavery
